A demo store for premium digital subscriptions, built Bengali-first for Bangladesh: storefront, mobile-wallet checkout, order tracking and an admin panel.

What it is
A demo store for premium digital subscriptions: AI tools, streaming, design, gaming and gift cards. A visitor picks a product and a 1, 3 or 12-month term, pays by bKash, Nagad or Rocket, and follows the order on a tracking page. Behind it, an admin panel verifies payments, moves orders along and manages the catalogue.
It is a working demo: every flow runs end to end, from the catalogue to marking an order delivered. The whole interface is in Bengali, prices included, in Bengali numerals.
A checkout without a card gateway
Many shoppers here pay from a mobile wallet, not a card, so the checkout is built around Send Money instead of a payment gateway.
Pay first, then prove it. The checkout shows the store's wallet number with a copy button. The customer sends the money, then enters the transaction ID, a WhatsApp number and an email for delivery.
An order ID a person can read. Each order gets a code such as PH-482193 — six random digits, retried on the rare collision — instead of a database ID.
A status the customer can follow. The tracking page mirrors the status the admin sets: order received, payment verified, delivered on WhatsApp. A cancelled order says so.
An admin that fails closed
The admin panel holds a sales dashboard, order management, a product catalogue with create, edit and delete, and the inbox for the chat widget.
It sits behind HTTP Basic Auth in proxy.ts, and every admin server action checks the login again, because a server action can be reached with a direct POST that never passes through the proxy. Without an admin password set, the panel stays locked for everyone, so a preview deployment that is missing the variable cannot expose orders.
Fast on a phone
Home and product pages are prerendered and served from the CDN, refreshed in the background every five minutes and straight after an admin edit. The cart lives in localStorage, so no page needs a request-time cookie and every storefront page can stay static.
One self-hosted Bengali and Latin font family, product images as content-hashed WebP at three widths — about 30–40 KB instead of a 1.4 MB source PNG — and a 4 KB stylesheet inlined into the HTML. Lighthouse puts performance at 100 on desktop and about 90 on mobile, and accessibility at 100.
